PT Laras Astra Kartika operates in palm oil marketing which is nicknamed the branch of PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). To find optimal workers, manual techniques are still used which are not transparent and require a long period of time. So a Decision Support tool was formed to determine the best employees. This system is specifically designed to determine the best employees with parameters that the company has determined. This system is able to manage employee data, criteria and sub-criteria data, input parameter values to find and determine the best employees using the TOPSIS method. Developments for assembling systems from the RUP technique so that the results are very optimal for determining the optimal workers calculated from the TOPSIS technique.
